Finally finished (for now) this build yesterday... should get my hand guard and BK15 today :) Christmas in June! Going fishing at the coast this weekend too... going to die from happiness.

Wait, you didn't make her breakfast? Why not? My only suggestion is wear an apron or put a splatter shield over the bacon.
 
Looks good cOLD! Are you going to stick with the MBUS or put an optic on it?
 
MBUS for now, I got a tritium sight post for the front and it is surprisingly bright.. Not sure if I want a scope or something like an EOTech eventually. So many options..
Trying to get some ammo now. A friend of mine was telling me about south african surplus for like $40 for 300 rounds.. not holding my breath though, lol. I got another friend that has a ton of reloads so may try to get some of his.

Yes the carrier's name is Jelly. I actually saw him at the bar yesterday and he recognized me.

Damnit, that micarta looks good. I keep telling myself that I dont need/want it, but every time I see some I want to buy a set.
Trying to hang in there for TKC g10 for the Tweeners.

I got a few new ones in today and yesterday as well. a custom blade show R3 satin green and black, and a couple knob creek daggers, and a red scrapivore

I can't wait to get out into the woods again in the fall. It's about that time here where it's just miserable to be outside. The 15 is burning a hole in it's sheath but still needs some work done to it.

That's when we prefer to get out as well. I don't do well in the heat.
 
I need to get me a swamp rat knife. Hopefully in the next few months.

Just took my first sip of Dickel 12yr..........damn its tasty stuff. I'd recommend it for sure.
 
Some days go your way, and others you need to debug the internet with a socket wrench. ("gee, I think there might be some packets jammed up in this wave guide") And yes, the transmitter is OFF.
