I like the blade shape on the big one but the overall size on the other one.
 
Went to a little diner called Stuffy's.
Their cinnamon rolls were bigger than my head...
Weird.
You'd need a BK-9 to baton one of these bad boys in half.

Seriously, Toooj is the grown-up equivalent to Santa Claus. Except we pay him cash and Saranac instead of cookies and milk. I'm getting giddy thinking about the steel I'll come home with, despite the significant investment.

It may be wrong, but it looks so right! I'm completely sold on that copper. I have yet to be disappointed by anything made by Canal Street.

The way our weather has been lately, a demo might be in order. It was 90 last week, today it's 50. At this rate, it will be -80 by then.

btw, is the "Tactical Ice Scraper" a reference to something at Blade?

I hear ya. Tonight is going to be my first graveyard shift after rotating off days. Shift starts in 12 hours but I haven't been able to change my sleep scheduled yet.
 
Roast, taters, carrots, and onions are in the crockpot on low. I'm headed to bed for a few hours. Should smell amazing in here when I wake up.

I love doing that too, let marinated pork cook slow all night and wake up with drool stains on my pillow :)

I spent 20 min or so at their booth. It's a solid product with great potential. I shoulda grabbed one! For the money, I had no excuse not to. I bet Biscuit got one.

by which i mean now ;)

they took an energy drink can, and managed somehow to fold it inside out, without removing the bottom, to make a basically seamless cup. after that, it's pretty easy to figure out how to make various kinds of alcohol stove mods - but just the cups is pretty awesome... great "artifact"...

apparently one will need a bottle jack at the very least, to pull it off well.
 
I've been thinking of picking up an Emberlit for my sister. She is starting to put together an oh shit kit. My mom has a MSR pocket rocket (She loved mine so got one for herself at REI, using my discount!) So now my sister needs something. She's been bugging me to help her and her pitiful little kit get put together.
