Very nice job there Philllll, the sheath wraps up the whole package (no pun intended). Looks like I have some competition now :D. I like the carry setup you made. Very nice indeed, enjoy it man.

Thanks Pugs I am flattered that you like it. It ain't as fancy or as purdy as your work, and it ain't for sale, so I don't think you got anything to worry about. ;)

I was fortunate to have Evan's tools and guidance again to make the sheath.

seriously man, thats great work, you got some skill , and I think you found a new hobby.

Nice pants bro! It took an entire half-day to realize that I sew like my 3 yr. old attacks paper with crayons... You and Evan both have a knack for blades... Especially when it comes to the entire picture; from start to finish... As someone mentioned previously; you knocked it out of the park on your first at bat...

Dang Phillll thats a bomproof bad to the bone rig right there! That will still be around when your a fossil:thumbup: I like the way you did the belt strap. Looks very comfortable. Man your getting me inspired to fire up the forge (pile of rocks and bag of charcoal):D Very fine job!

Been a bit out of touch but very well done Philllll. Very nice.

Love everything about it, leather steel, handle. Very nicely done.

Philllll, it looks like you not just knocked it outta the park but for a Grand Slam too. I like the design of the sheath and strap. Very versatile yet in a rugged way classy too. All in all, a well put together beast.

From beginning to end it has been fascinating watching it take shape and continue to be refined. Thank you for taking us on the journey with you. I am not sure I would have been so brave, but then none of my attempts at this sort of thing have come off even close to as well as that.

Thanks y'all. When I get around to making something else I will be sure to post it here.

Well I had a little mishap yesterday whilst beating gratuitously on a log with the de-limber. I didn't peen the brass pins enough and one of them came loose and some of the epoxy broke loose as well. I replaced it with a new pin and peened the $%&# out of it. It's good and solid now.

nice I like the more mandau rounded tip-- or whatever its called when they do that

Are you planning an entire Philllll Collection?
1 of each and every type of hacker made?
I love the start. Can't wait to see what you do differently with this one.

Haha probably Shavru. Haven't thought much about it. Right now the plan is to not F this one up too badly...

Gehazi, I think when the tip is done like this, the technical term would be "not pointy."
