If you could only have one folder what would it be?

I know that this will bring up a lot of controversy but I'm curious to see what others will pick. I'm also in a situation where I can only have one knife now and wondering what is the most looked at knife for everything. I know one does not exist but I also need some ideas for what knife I should get. Thanks

I'm pretty sure I'm ordering the G&G Hawk Mudd to be that knife for me. Seems to check all the boxes I'm looking for, and literally built to last. Wish me luck!

Hi! No controversy at all for me :). My "most looked at knife for everything", if I could only have one, it would be one of the SAKs, possibly a model with a saw :D.

If I'm allowed a little leeway in designing my own, it would be a custom Burnley Squid with a HAP40/Z-Finit laminate steel, polished Westinghouse Micarta scale, and polished Ti lock side (or maybe chemically darkened, I can't decide).

Gonna switch it up and say my BM Crooked River. Nice big knife that carries smaller then it is. Next would be my sak tinkerer though.

Manix 2 XL, same as it has been for a few years now. Thinking the upcoming Chinook 4 might be the thing that displaces it.

Spyderco Pacific Salt SE for me. I grant you it's not much for peeling apples, but for work and messing around outside it serves me well. Afterall, I usually eat apples peel and all anyway.:D

I have to say, I do not believe one exists yet. But, I have been carrying my Benchmade Presidio Auto for years. Great little knife. And Benchmade has a good warranty. There was a time when I would have said Strider SMF all day long. But now I prefer to EDC my BUSSE AMS. ( I know that is a little off topic).

One of these framelocks shiro/sebbie tied for first, Slysz/0392/XM tied for 2nd. Domino not far behind in third.

Ack, there have been soooo many of this same thread.

But, I'll play along.

I own 9 folders, and it's a four way tie.

I'd say the PJ small Sebenza 21. It's just perfect for me. I have variations of the knife, but only because the original is just so effin great.
