I'll never trust Fallons Knives again. Be warned!

So you can make offers on other knives while knowing that you owe someone else money.. yet you expect people to feel sorry because "money doesn't grow on trees?" Hmmm..

i apologize. i am sorry it has taking me so long to respond. if progunner could post my email to him maybe that will help. As i stated in it, times are hard. and maybe not as hard for some as others. and im sorry for not paying progunner as quickly as i liked. and im sorry that trees arnt made of money. still this is no excuse. like i stated in my email when we finish this deal i am done with bladeforums. i cannot afford anymore knives and thus i do not belong here. but please dont try and make comments about me. no one here has met me or has any idea who i am. again i apologize for all this and i hope progunner will forgive me.

But I DO know who you aren't. You aren't a man with any integrity at all. A man with integrtiy does not make a committment to buy something then disappear, only to reappear and buy stuff from other people. A man with integrity does not make a deal, get something without paying for it, then sell it off and not at least pay off what they owe.

You are right, you do not belong here!!!

As for Fallon's knives: I knew about the trade he did with Dobt way back when, and I WISH I'd known then about this scumbaggery. A few weeks after the axe left Lee's hands, Fallon committed to buying a knife from me, a sabre SFNO, then disappeared for a few, and returned saying he no longer had the cash. But just that day I saw him make an offer for only 100$ less on a different knife.

Yup, I know that feeling... :grumpy:

Money doesn't grow on trees, but you can afford to purchase that British Bushcrafter in stag and post a thread looking to purchase a Granfors Bruks Forest Axe. How are managing to do these deals without any money?

He is a turd,....... He commissioned a knife from me... For his son!!! The soldier.. I cut him a deal, pushed his knife to the front, then the said he needed a few days to come up with the money!! Then.......... Nothing.. I called him on it.. And sold it on the exchange.. I have warned others... Behind the scenes.. But,,, HE IS A FRAUD... AND.. his time IS over,,,, i would never make another knife for him!!

who is this post in reference to?

Its normally no big deal to me but,I am a Vet, and I am. Very busy, when I stop everything to build a soldier a knife, and then he kept telling me he had no money but, was in the busse exchange daily.. Times were tough but somehow managed to get a 2600 dollar Busse axe..it just really dissapointed me.. I'm sorry for name calling but, my time is valuable to me and he wasted it with at least 100 pm's of details and when I finished that blade and he balked on me.....it upset me..when I knew he was shopping in the exchange,,

How's about you just pay Progunner without the excuses?? They & apologies aren't spendable, and if times are so hard, you shouldn't be out looking for items that aren't necessary... Like a 1 of 3 Busse axe. Times seem to be hard for John right now too as he is selling rare Busse knives that he probably wouldn't be if he didn't have a need for the cash, so how fair is it for you to make a promise to pay the remainder owed that he's been waiting for you to come through on, and then take your sweet time to deliver what's still owed while using his axe and then trading it off still without completing the deal? You want some forgiveness? PAY THE MAN what you owe him and what he's been waiting patiently for and then ask him for forgiveness. He's a good guy, a fair guy...and he certainly doesn't deserve to be treated this way. Please show some respect to him & make good on your commitment to him now.

Something else that you're not considering is that he may have been forced to sell yet another extremely rare Busse knife to someone else that he may have not wanted to sell... Like to me, for instance, because you still owe him $400. Now I feel bad to have happily jumped on the opportunity John offered to me, because after finding out about this deal gone bad, I can't help but wonder that it might have been due to the fact that you have not made good on the remainder of this other deal... And so your unwillingness so far to finish what you started is, quite possibly, hurting him in more ways than you might think... :(:grumpy:

...I won't even comment on using your son's military service to further your own knife collection, or get a better price, or whatever... But if what is said is even remotely true, then that's pretty damn low.

Just make it right to John... PLEASE.

first of all, i did not buy the busse axe. i gave PG a nitinol strider folder. I did not and will never have 2600 to buy a knife. As for people saying im lieing and bought this and bought that. i have traded for most of the knives i own. and i will be putting knives up on the exchange today to sell and to pay PG back. so if yall really want to help him so bad and feel so sorry for him. buy a knife and then your helping. If not, you all have made your comments and enough is enough. talking through a computer and taking 30 min to type out a long drawn out speech about how crappy and how i have no integrity, yea that really takes a man. also as to all the people who i have dealt with in the past. how about yall be men next time. when i told horton i did not have the money. he simply said np man ill put it on the exchange. if he would have told me, something differnt or maybe complained like hes doing now, things would be different, same goes for ud and gat. this especially goes for dobywon. who in the past i spoke on behalf of him. he was in this same position, and he asked me for help. i gave it to him no problem. and what do i see now. a backstabbing turd who is just trying to cover his own tracks. i told him the axe was from progunner and he didnt care. didn't even ask. i did not want to bring these people into this but if they are going to attack me, im not going to roll over.

I don't think it matters to Fallon's Knives that someone else may be hurting due to his actions. Matter of fact...I don't think any of this really matters to him at all.

FK has demonstrated his character very clearly, and the next step should be to make his personal life as difficult as legally possible by setting the law on him. He should also be banned for life from BF.

Matter of fact...if anyone can remember what his other screen names are, it might be a good idea to check what other forums he's a member of and warn them as well. Seems like some of these thieves make their livings wandering the internet looking for good, honest, trusting people to scam.

Make him walk the plank, and send some uniforms to his house.

And as for the manly comments above...I think most of us are willing to let things go until there seems to be a serious problem. You didn't hurt me, but I made the observation right then that I wouldn't ever do business with you. Now we're hearing this? Quit your bitching and man up yourself. Pay John his dues and step away.

Funny...trying to challenge our manhood because we had the decency to let things go until we found out a buddy was in trouble. You moron.

If I were a lawyer, I could probably copy and paste some legal jargon about what a thief is, but because I'm only a lowly language arts teacher, here's what I DO know:

thief
/θif/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [theef] Show IPA
–noun, plural thieves.
a person who steals, esp. secretly or without open force; one guilty of theft or larceny.
Origin:
bef. 900; ME; OE thēof; c. D dief, G Dieb, ON thjōfr, Goth thiufs

Synonyms:
burglar, pickpocket, highwayman. Thief, robber refer to one who steals. A thief takes the goods or property of another by stealth without the latter's knowledge: like a thief in the night. A robber trespasses upon the house, property, or person of another, and makes away with things of value, even at the cost of violence: A robber held up two women on the street.

I am not a complainer, I am a man that does things.. I told you I would sell it because you upset me, 90 percent of the time I make knives for people..... People that I earn trust with. Through phone calls , email, pm's or meet in person.. I was so excited to do something good for a soldier and you tainted it. I didn't want you to have the knife anymore,, I'm not name calling, but, know what you did.. I take my work very personal..

like i said because of one deal that means i do this to everyone? youve made your point about what a thief is. i think anyone with a high school education knows that. maybe even younger? but you didn't answer my question. You do not and will not have proof that just because this happened i do this to everyone.
