I'm going to ask buyers to pay Paypal fees if they require the same from their buyers

I am perfectly happy to have a buyer's payment by check or money order. If they want to use their credit card, or get some Paypal insurance coverage, that is an option that will cost them a couple of extra bucks. I don't see why I should stick the guy who pays with a check an extra 3.5% just because he might use Paypal. I'll follow the thread and will change my sales listing if there are lots of negatives about Paypal fees. I'm not selling through Paypal/Ebay and I'm not requiring the buyer to use Paypal to pay me for a knife. I offer a refund in full if the buyer is not satisfied with the knife. Paypal is for the ease of the buyer, not me the seller. About the only good that comes from it is that I ship the same day I receive payment which is quicker if he pays with Paypal, but usually only by a couple of days..

Why not just do what you agreed to do when you signed up for Paypal? You made that agreement and you should honor it.
Either way, you would no problem buying from me and covering the fees since you ask this of your buyers that use Paypal right? That's what this thread was about. :)

It's sickening just how much BS rationalizations people can and will make to try to justify their dishonesty...

Agreed.
