This is 100% false. You were breaking the rules, the rules were explained to you and you began to argue. The rules in that group are quite simple, but you couldn't follow them.

Actually I followed the rules to a tee. Shall I upload some photos I managed to take before being banned? I read the rules, and they are very clear as to what can be posted. There are posts up from the last few weeks that are just like mine, and not one word was said about them, but I get a ban for this post

Well, he is not a physician, ER or otherwise (nor any licensed health care professional of any type). Despite identifying himself as an ER Physician, and stating that he would send a copy of his license to Esav Benjamin, the NPI registry finds no matches. You can also search for similar near-matches to account for name spelling issues.

Frankly, that sort of misrepresentation is far more serious than that found with disagreement over interpretation of "LNIB, carried sparingly." But an admission and apology would help you with future BF transactions.
Qbert sees and admits where he erred (especially box-crushing shipping method), and apologized, offered equity, and indicates moving forward with changed methods/behavior. Based on other comments on GBU it would be helpful to you if that were bilateral. BFers are a forgiving group, in large part. You have had many good transactions and built a lot of goodwill. I hope you can preserve that, and move forward.

I'd have done what you ultimately did, take a partial refund. Except I'd have done it from the start, instead of posting that he said his idea of LNIB was different than mine, leaving off the part where he offered remediation.

Actually you are wrong. I edited the post after I was asked to, because I was breaking an invisible rule. Only after I changed it, was I banned. That is why he said that I'm bending the rules. You didn't refresh your page to show the updated original post, and that's completely unfair
