Jack's Random Tuesday Carry

Extra random today, I found a tacklebox I'd forgotten and dipped this out.

Possibly a bit of a clue to why I forgot this tacklebox.

Yes, most of us have made similar follies Jer. I have no idea what happened to my first knife. I'm pretty sure I gave my first Lambsfoot to a girlfriend to keep for me when I went overseas as a teenager. Last I saw of both of them! 🙄

It makes me happy every time I see that knife pop up in your random Tuesday carry. Thanks for keeping it in the rotation.

I also always remember the kick that the lady at the post office got out of the idea of a Jon Krier sending a package to a Jack Black. I guess she was a fan of both of our name-sharing folks (even if mine is spelled different from Jon Cryer).

Lot's of Barlows in that end of the sock drawer. This is a Kutmaster.

I gave a Barlow to my tech mentor at church. He'd asked me if I had any Barlows, so I got to thinking he might like one. I gave him my Ulster tobacco promotion Barlow, and it turns out to be just like the one his grandfather had.

Generous gesture Jer :) I'm carrying an old Boker Jack paulhilborn paulhilborn gifted me, must be the best part of a decade ago 🙂 Have to post a pic when I get back from my trip to town 👍
