I like that one a lot too, Corey. Now, let me ask you this...should the shield be turned around 180* to face the other way? Or not? I just can't decide one way or another definitively.
Hi Elliot. I'm guessing that Jerry simply followed form as all his other shields - Federal, double bomb, etc. all have their points towards the end caps. You know Jerry much, much better than me but I guess a fella can kinda get into a routine ????? I, myself quite like it. Great Knife, anyhow.

Back last year when I was actually home long enough to make a few sheaths, I had this lovely knife come to visit me for a fitup, great folder, really fits well in the hand and love that blade shape too, also there's no notch before the edge, I really like that bit

Here is a damascus rounder from Jerry, integral small roses pattern damasteel liner and bolster and twist pattern damasteel blade with beautiful sambar handles. It has seen a lot of pocket time since I got it.
