Jerry Halfrich Knives...

Sublime, and what a gorgeous sheath! Two masters at work, there, for sure. Great grab, Gary.

Jerry's fixed blades are great. Great in the hand, and great for cutting. Love it. Yours is a dandy

Thanks guys. It's always nice to have affirmation from your peers. My wife tolerates, but just doesn't understand! :D

I finally took some pics of my Jerry Halfrich "Jack Russell". It's been in my pocket since I received it and I'm liking it more each day:

I noticed the debris in the thumb grooves, after I took the pictures. It must have been polishing compound as it came right out.

This little fb is sharp as the dickens! The Paul Long sheath is a masterpiece as well. I replaced the original lanyard with something I made. It needs one to easily extract it from the sheath.

Great knife by Jerry and the perfect sheath from Paul. (I don't even have to ask how it cuts!) Congrats!

Thanks Elliott. I couldn't be more pleased.

The debris in the tang notches was probably minute scrapings from the sheath-- see if it is not scored on the inside of the opening.

Beautiful set up Gary. Very nice

I ordered one of the Baby Rounders at Blade yesterday :D

Jerry and Janice are two of the nicest folks a person could meet.

Posting a couple of beauties from the Blade Show for Jerry. (These knives were both sold at the show.)

"Hidalgo" (~ 4" closed, Ironwood Scales, Norris Stainless "Hornet's Nest" Damascus):

"Baby Rounder" (~ 3 1/16" closed, Ivory, Norris Stainless "Hornet's Nest" Damascus):

As always, your comments are invited and appreciated.

Whoa ! This Baby Rounder is singing to me. Excellent ivory and the contrast with the Damascus and N/S bolster dividing the two, looks absolutely "Perfect" to me. I think it takes artistic talent to have the contrast augment the "Flow" rather than disrupt it.
Thanks Elliott for showing us these 2 knives.

My pleasure, Roland. And the best thing about Jerry's knives, even the "fancier" ones like these two, is that they are built "working tough" and have that Halfrich edge to boot!

In my pocket right now and on most days is my Jerry Halfrich 3 5/8" "Woodsman". It's been used enough to almost need more than just a quick stropping to get back (hopefully) to the original sharpness. This is after 1 year of using it, so Jerry's sharp edges hold up very well.
I'm going to be dreaming about this sweet Baby Rounder for some time. It's really got my number 'nailed'.

Here's another baby rounder from the Blade show.
A bit less fancy perhaps, but an awesome little knife!

That's a great looking knife, Bill, and a cutting machine I'm sure!

Just to help keep a record of Jerry's creations in one place, I'm adding images of the "Bulldog" previously posted in its own thread here on the forum.

So, who got the carbon fiber Ultralight Baby Rounder?

Dunno, Jerry, but I expect the other Jerry will be around later today and maybe he can fill us in. Not sure if it was a forum member or not.

What a gorgeous knife - Unbelievable
I am deeply impressed

Thank you, Peter, for your kind remarks. I wish the images could truly capture what Jerry has created in three dimensions. It needs to be held and viewed from all angles to be appreciated.
