Jerry Halfrich Knives...

Wow! Looks really great!
How large is it? 4-1/2" like the Remington 1306?

Peter

Peter ,

Yes , just like the " Remington original " .

Beautiful! The 1306 is one of my all-time favorite patterns. :thumbup:
I haven't seen one like it from Mr. Halfrich before.
Is it a new knife?
Thanks for posting it!

@ibewno3: I'm curious, but I can't see any pics...:confused:

Peter ,

The knife was made for a delivering at X-mas 2008.

He makes some gorgeous knives, the amber scales are spectacular.

I like them all, but the lock backs are my favorites....especially the Winchester pattern that Ken44 posted. That slim double bomb shield is the heat.

elimcbee ,

Yes , it's a usin' one.

M4 steel seems to cut forever !

Here's a very fine Winchester by Jerry Halfrich I was fortunate enough to acquire a couple of weeks ago.

Thought you folks might like to see it. Just a quick iPhone shot while it was on my knee this eve. I'll try to post some cleaner pix later.

Sambar stag, 154cm blade, about 4.25" closed, built like an old Browning.

Comments welcome, as would be to see other recent Halfrich acquisitions if you got `em to share.

Ford that is beautiful! I would love to see some more pictures when you have a chance.

Dadgumit, Ford, somebody's gonna have to get up pretty early in the morning to get the edge on you! ;)

Nice get, bro'. :thumbup::cool:

Looks like you're no slouch either, jivedaddy. ;)

Looking forward to more pictures Ford! (you do such a nice job on them)

That little shadow looks like a really fine knife:thumbup:

I have always admired his knives - I really like his shadow pattern slipjoints - Are nay of them linerless? Anyone have one?

I believe his ultralights are linerless G10 and weigh in just over an ounce. The only problem with them is you're probably always patting your pocket to make sure you haven't lost it, cause they're too light to feel!

Blues . . . post some pics!

I'll try to get some pix posted in the next couple of days.

As always, it was a blast spending time with Jerry and Janice. Two finer folks would be near impossible to find.

Oh, and the UltraLights are carbon fiber.
