"Fear of Missing Out" - it guides some of my knife purchases. It isn't necessarily a good thing to which to succumb.
Gravity increases, too.Time compresses and speeds up once you're a geezer,
It was painful enough paying $150. I just can't see people paying much more than that, unless there is someone who collects 55s and missed out. I don't think there are that many of those people.I'm interested in seeing how this one does for the resellers. 500 were made and it sold out in a short time, even at the high price.
Now that is funny, thanks John! Where did you find your ironwood 55?I sure wasn't paying $150 for a fingernail cleaner.
You messed up. You should have posted a picture of your ironwood 55. Making sure not to show the medallion side or a close up of the tang area. And let everyone think You had already gotten the new BOTM.I already have an Ironwood 55, true it dose not have a 154 blade or the medallion.
some I liked some weren't enough to get me to buy. what would ya like to see offered, out of curiosity?i love buck knives but the buck of the month specials haven't been interesting at all to me given their price and what they offer.

I think its to the point where it is about price point. These sold out quick. Good for Buck. I think its due to Buck and collecting, gaining a little popularity during the covid mess. For people who have been collecting a long time, I'm sure no one is happy about the price increases. I think newer collectors are more apt to spend the money.some I liked some weren't enough to get me to buy. what would ya like to see offered, out of curiosity?
