Ka-Bar's new Fun stuff: Zombie Killers

I hope these things sell like crazy - unless I am way off base, I bet the profit margin on these is really solid. That helps subsidize smaller / less profitable projects and frees up money for R&D.

I guarantee if you start looking at demographics, a lime green tanto folder is an easy sell. What better backup to your TiNi Desert Eagle. For that matter, how many Voyager Tanto folders do you think Cold Steel has sold over the years? They wouldn't keep making them if there was no money in it.

Honestly, not everything has to be uber-functional first. A pocket knife that costs under $50 is allowed to be fun once in a while.

This reads as 'the blade is ten and one quarter inches LONG'. The thickness is .188.:)

I read it as 10" and 1/4". Two separate numbers. Not sure how I managed that. I blame the zombies for snacking on half of my brain. Maybe I DO need some of these knives...

Did anybody find any other pics of KaBar stuff. I saw some cool looking folders in the background of one of the ZK knife pics and I'm sure we havent gotten to see all the new stuff as most have focused on the zombie line. My thoughts are if they sale then it's cool if they dont well at least they tried something new and they come with black scales so it's not like they're going to stick you with the neon green ones and make you cough up 20bux for black ones or something. Honestly I like the Brute looking one and the other chopper and may even get the dagger and skeleton knife looks like it would make a good utility knife. If they make the folder in ANY OTHER COLOR I might even buy one of those but then again I bet I couldnt loose it if I tried and that can be a good thing.
 
So, any new pictures??? MORE IMPORTANTLY, does anybody have a release date on any of these? (sorry if it's been mentioned already and I missed it)

Also, anyone have a pic of that new giant classic KaBar that's coming out? Thicknesses of the machete and Warthog?
 
Going to pick me up one of them choppers, and maybe one of those folders for a beater. Im definatly digging the green colour... Hope other companies (Spyderco) start using this awesome colour in their lineup of frn handled knives

That's awesome man I have to deal with people like that since my friends know me as a gun nut. They want a 44 mag a a first handgun or something equally stupid. Lol but a belt fed ar15 6.8 would be alot of fun.
 
I really like the looks of the big fix blade tanto. Looks like fun. I might also grab one of those tanto folders. And I kindof like the lime green handles. Fun and hard to lose.

And kabar "big brother" looks like a winner.

i'd love 5 of the tantos as throwing knives - they look like they could take it :)

plus, how badass would it be to then actually have zombies show up? thwip! take that!

I take that back, the whole line isnt available, the large blades are, but you will have to go to battle without the zombie slaying necker!
 
From what I understand the begining of June they are confirmed availible and hopefully will be avaible for sale at the BLADE SHOW.
