Kershaw Cryo?

I see their shipping time says 'usually ships in 2 to 4 months.'

Good luck!

This happens often when Amazon doesn't have a firm release date. Sometimes it will say "2-4 months" and days later when Amazon receives product it will say "in stock".

I guess I'm left waiting for a mini ZT then... local laws suggest a sub 3 inch knife. Want a framelock with stabilizer, and a flipper for safety/ ease.

I'd suggest talking with an LEO about their take on knives. Our law states 3" or less, but that's nullified if you have a CCW permit. The local department's take on knives is that it doesn't matter what you are carrying. It's not a crime until you use it to commit one. Basically, gives the nod to ZT style blades, as long as they are used in a legal manner.

Oh, I know. I spend thousands on Amazon every year, both for work and for play. I was wishing him luck in getting it soon!!! :)

Like you said, sometimes it'll say it ships in 2-4 weeks or months and then you get an e-mail saying they are shipping your product faster than they thought they could.

Ah, I gotcha. Yeah, gotta love Prime!

I don't have a CCW permit, it is difficult to get one here in CA. Did I mention that?

Although our state law doesn't mention anything about length, we have local ordinances which do and a majority of them are 3 inches or less. Even assisted blades are iffy (though are perfectly legal as long as they aren't switch blades). It might not be a crime until I commit one, but there is quite the crazy alert sheeple population here. Even bringing out a knife strikes for utility will catch the eyes of the sheeple. Let alone one to be discovered to be illegal later when authorities are called because some soccer mom called on you. If I wanted to be even safer I'd carry a SAK.

Back to the subject... is this knife really 4 oz? seems a bit high for a 2.75 inch blade.

That's gotta be LA, or near it. In SD there are no length restrictions but I always make sure to leave my larger folders at home when I head up that way.

Sorry man. I was so hot and sweaty that I couldn't stand there in the crowd too long so I didn't try to take any pics.

alright, i've never pre ordered a knife before but i think i'm gonna do it with the cryo. Can i get some advice on where to order? I'm looking for 2 things: 1. low price and 2. good seller (will ship asap). So where do i pre-order? If you want to suggest a site that doesn't advertise with BF feel free to shoot me a PM. Thanks!

I don't know about you guys, but I can't wait for one to arrive. I've already ordered the Cryo but I haven't seen the Cryo II pop up yet. Can't happen soon enough.
