Is this going to have a Vanax 75 edge? I noticed the prototype has "Vanax 35" etched on the blade. Just curious....can't lose either way.
It will be Vanax 75
Outstanding. I've set aside $500 for two of these:thumbup:!It will be Vanax 75
Thomas, can the knife be wrist flicked open without touching the thumbstud or flipper, for the purposes of importing to Australia?
I assume even cranking the pivot up super tight doesn't make it harder to open, unlike a folder with washers?
Thanks,
Steve.
I've been wondering this as well. If it has a really strong detent then we should be ok, and that will make the flipper work better too.
Regardless, we'll just have to make a gamble on this one. If you press the issue maybe you can get a retailer to disassemble the knife, but I doubt too many shops would be willing to go that far for a legal concern.
We'll have to see once production is finished up. I'll let you know.Thomas, can the knife be wrist flicked open without touching the thumbstud or flipper, for the purposes of importing to Australia?

It baffles me that a country famous (in he U.S.)for the outback and ''thats not a knife'';has such strict knife laws.
