I don't think one should have to 'pay dues' to buy a product. If someone beat me to it, so be it. If someone got a chance to buy it before doors opened because they've got 75k worth of Busse knives in their safe, just let me know that's how it is. The knives cost enough as it is, then you tack on air fare, hotel, rental and what not just to see there's nothing to buy then what do you do? No regrets? If that's how it's run, then be up front about it then it doesn't cause any concern.
There's a lot of things that are great about Busse knives and the community. There are some things that are just, well, plain wierd I guess.
Just my meager two cents.
i mean come on,who are they going to give a special deal to?
Here again, we aren't talking about "deals."
This thread is about availability of product that was shown to be there....but didn't make it, or was sold before-hand.
Did Jerry say he was not making anymore SAR5 s ??? The Knobcreek pics show a whole wall of them ???
Just curious ? maybe they were leftovers ????
There may be leftovers. I've called Busse post-Ganzaaa before and they've had some knives left over.
Interesting .... Wonder if he has any leftover RUCKS  I'll take one for 467.00![]()
Some of the blades from Knob are on the ebay already.![]()
Or any SHBM 1/300's? I'll buy 10 for $257.00!!
Hey...this IS life on the inside of what goes on when Hogs travel to other states and hook up with other hogs. Ya'll are stuck on the outside licking the windows like Timmy.![]()
You got them on there fast!!!!!! LOL!!!!
.
That's what I would like to know too. When I [someday] attend a show, I'd at least like a "fair chance" at the stampede. This thread is about availability of product that was shown to be there....but didn't make it, or was sold before-hand.
I think it would be fair to say that when Jerry snaps a shot of a wall of knives... that all those knives are not in route to the knife show that is coming up, after all he runs a knife shop... maybe, just maybe, some of those knives were never intended on going to the show? Perhaps some of them were custom, customers knives, or knives that are for a Ganza, seems resonable to me.
