Hopefully it doesn't tick the mods off, but I reported his post where he claims he apologized. To me he is trying to present a fraudulent image to sucker someone in to dealing with him.

I've been watching this guy for the past month, but the plank won't be necessary. I don't think this is his first shunning and he'll move on to another forum. It's going to be hard to sell those knives he bought when he tires of them, though. The highways of the country are full of these guys driving up the shoulder to jump the line and flipping you the bird as they do it. His isolation is punishment enough.

We were driving down to Washington DC and the roads were packed. Sports car, top down, on the right shoulder, grinning at everyone he passed.

Shortly thereafter, sports car with driver's head down, stopped behind another car on the shoulder while police officer gave the first guy a ticket. :D
 
I also have been watching this guy and I am glad that Cold One brought this here so others will be able to avoid him.

Perfect entertainment for slow moving traffic. Relish these scenes when presented! This new friend will be toast soon, as well. I must add: this forum like several others I belong to are filled with polite, decent guys that do what they say. They reassure my faith in man, temporarily anyway.

More feedback...

I worked out a trade deal with Kirk69 on the 14th, a few days before all of this negative feedback came to light, and it was successful.

I can't vouch for him on a personal basis, as I have had very limited contact with him, but he communicated with me in a very timely way and he shipped the trade knives to me immediately. They were exactly as he described them and ultimately I came away from the deal with a positive experience. My personal experience with Kirk69 was positive, that's all I can say.

Using profanity, even in an email, and posting "I'll Take It" and not being able to follow through are very bad mojo.

I thought I would just drop in and mention that I was also left in the dust by this person. Lots of pictures and correspondence, item was posted as pending...then no dice. As soon as payment was going to be sent he backed out. I received a more courteous back out response than Cold One, that response he received is surprisingly rude and juvenile.

I also let him in on the item a few bucks less than what I was asking...too many times...I'm so tired of getting low balled and/or getting backed out on.
 
Funny thing is I apologized to the man,don't see him publishing that.It seems a little to easy for you all to make judgement's like you are.Like none of you have ever lost your temper before?Let ye that hath no sin cast the first stone.......

kirk you keep saying your sorry for losing your temper but other than that theres a dozen or more complaints about your bad etiquette regarding buying and or negotiating. the general consensus seems to suggest that you're untrustworthy or unreliable at best. you havent addressed those concerns yet

You say you apologized, yet Coldone states he has never received an apology from you. So why don't you just put up or shut up and man up and publicly apologize for your behaviour to Coldone and BF members in general.
 
Now, now. Let's not all hound the poor kid. I mean, sure, he lost his temper, and sure, he jumps the gun and mentions how he'll take items in For Sale threads, only to turn around afterwards and backtrack, causing problems to sellers on many occasions, but...umm...wait, where was I? Oh yeah. Stay out of my booze!
