Ok...I finished up. Here's the knife. Just need to get a sheath together for it:

Aldo's 1084, mesquite, 440C hardware, 8-3/4" tip to guard, 13-3/4" OAL. Just shy of 1.5" tall at the widest portion of the blade.

nice blade there Nathan, i am giving my blade a hand rub Right now, well right now I'm going to bed but i have started. i never seam to be happy with a machine finish any more for some reason. man its sweet, i don't know if its as Sweet as yours but i can only hope. but you have a sweet looking knife there.

your machine finish looks great from the pictures. maybe its just that i like stroking my knife, Wait that came out wrong :jerkit::foot::barf:.

I absolutely love it. i have one kind of like that, that i have forged out of L6 but i have not finished it.

yep you can get in any time just as long as you have a knife by DEC 1st. thats really the important date to remember. because if you don't have the knife done by then, then your out of the drawing. so if you have a knife ready to go just email Stacy and let him know your ready and give him your address. then post in the I'm ready thread.
