Knife guessing game ( based on description ) now guessing fixed blades

Fun, okay.. the manufacture of this slipjoint claims to be of royalty, but the name of the knife is not.

He is just a simple man of elevation...

It's gotta be something made by queen, but it's probably some sort of very specific knife that I'm not aware of.

Named after a type of person that might wear a fur hat and hunt/trap their food back in the old days...

Usually a three blade knife but I've seen single blade versions too. The name of the pattern is synonymous with the anatomy of an animal of the livestock nature and another name for something we might enjoy for breakfast.

Large knife, double lockback, no pattern #, WR Case, discontinued, usually micarta or stag

Made by Buck from 1979-2001. (or thereabouts) The sum of all the numbers in the pattern number is 10. Square bolsters. Three blades. No half stops. 3 1/4 inches closed. The name of the pattern is also the name of another knife brand.

Looking for either the pattern name or the pattern number but both will get you a gold star. :)

Buck 703 ?
I think it was called the pony, but the only company I can think of is painted pony, where Micheal prater customizes production knives ( he sells buck 110's for over 200-300$ )
