What really pisses me off is the fact that he has plenty of time to ad Nutnfancy videos to his favorites on youtube, but he doesn't have time to answer a phone call, text, email, etc.. It's not like he's too busy. He's just ignoring me at this point.

Well, he isn't going to be doing business via this forum any longer. His treatment of customers to this point is enough to cement the fact that he is not to be trusted. We've made every effort to be patient and understanding with him. Enough is enough.

I am so glad the moderaters have reached there limit with this clown..I think they hoped he would change his act and return the OP and others knives but he is just a lazy kid who will never change his ways.

I really hope you guys get your knives back and somehow make this kids life suck to teach him a lesson.

You should make any and all efforts to contact him through his usualy channels, Facebook, email, phone call, call his workplace, etc. let him know you want your property back. It's not his to keep and he needs to return it. Rycen and I both tried to reach out to him, but he made his decision and we made ours.
The newest rules for the Exchange outline what Service Providers are supposed to do:

-Be sure that you can offer the service you specify in the time frame agreed upon, for the price you have offered.
-Provide as many photos as possible, in the best lighting possible.
-List your prices and terms clearly in your threads or website, don't make potential buyers guess.
-Keep your customers updated. If you have personal or other that arise unexpectedly, communicate that to your customers and keep them informed within reasonable time frames as to when the work will be completed.
-Do not attempt to sell or ship illegal items using Bladeforums as an intermediary.
-Choosing to ignore these responsibilities can result in a locked account and suspension of priviledges.
-Repeated failure to communicate, deliver on time, or provide acceptable services can result in infractions leading to a locked account.

Apparently that is too much to ask.

I just checked his facebook page and every single comment is somebody asking him where their knife is. He HAD a good thing going on for him, I really don't understand why somebody would shoot themselves in the foot like that. You burn your customers, you burn your business, you burn your money.

I really hope you guys get your knives back, but from the way things look... I think he's just going to take everything and fall off the face of this earth.
 
What a sack of sacrete. I've only been browsing this thread and have to say I find it quite disappointing to hear about this bad apple ruining it for everyone. You reap what you sow I guess. I hope for the best for all involved.
