ch46 and Bridlebutcher, being one of the "lucky" ones that's paid for and supposed to have somewhat "priority". It has been several, 3 or more years and I am still waiting for my BATTLE BOWIE. It's bad that misfortune and illness has befallen upon him, but many times family and other knifemaker(if able) step up to assist. Still waiting!

Well folks, I have no hope of recovering my money or receiving my knife back from Mr. Harley.
I still want one of his Battle Bowies. I am far from rich and will have to save the funds and find one on the market, from an honest dealer.
I'll update this thread from time to time as I want my fellow knife enthusiasts to be aware of this situation.

Hello CH42, If you find a Battle Bowie, be sure you examine it first. The one I got from him and had to send back( so he could steal it!) had many areas of bad workmanship. Grinds were off, the grips didn't match and so on. I was sorely disappointed. Even more so now.
