Lets see some Hinderer action

Beautiful! Firetac is such an elegant looking knife too, one of these days I’ll have to pull the trigger on one of those!
Thank you. I had been looking for one already in Canada for a while at a decent (non-inflated) price for a number of years. Then I drooled over my friend ChazzyP ChazzyP ‘s Firetac for a while, until I finally found this one.

It’s a very nice knife. Utilitarian, well built and designed…and pretty darn thin. If you get a chance to buy one…you won’t regret it.

I was browsing the Recent Knives section over at the RHK site and notice a few more Fulltracks and several Ka-Bars seemed to have dropped and I missed them, boo!!! Did anyone snag one of these? I was checking pretty obsessively hoping to snag a Ka-Bar, knew they were coming but didn't know when :(

Surprise drop on 12/28... All the Assembly Specials, Full Tracks, and assorted rare folders were listed before the news letter went out and were gone in minutes. The Ka-Bars and Horse Head Ti scales dropped right when the news letter went out. HH scales were gone quick & the Ka-Bars lasted maybe 30 mins (coulda been quicker).

Darn!! I knew from the newsletter on 12/15 that the Ka-Bars were coming, just didn't know when. Oh well, on the bright side I guess I saved $575!

Checked back and see the 12/28 newsletter came at 9:45pm, that was one of the nights over break when my daughter decided sleep was no longer for her and that routine turned into a several hour affair, so now I know why I missed that one :)

I got tracking info for the knife I scored on the 12/23 drop yesterday afternoon. The scales I bought from the 12/28 drop have not been processed yet. They were also closed 12/24/23-1/1/24.

If their order numbers go sequentially they had well over 1,000 orders between 12/23 and the final 12/28 drop so I'm sure they are pretty darn busy getting caught up.

Congrats on the score and hopefully you hear from them with tracking soon!
Did your scales ship yet?

Unfortunately, not…

The only scales that have started to pop up are the Battle Black Horse Head Ti scales that dropped on 12/23.

It appears that knives from all three drops are starting to touch down.

Got my DLC Blade w/ Double Ano Lockside F@tty Wharnie last night.

I did refresh my email at least 20 times today though so that’s fun 😂

Nice to see another MP1 here jmj3esq jmj3esq . That's a SW Ti scale, no? I really fell for mine when I got it some years ago, but you don't see a lot of them around here anymore. That was the best flipper of all the RHK's I had at that point. While I'm more into my Skinny's and FireTac now, the older, chunkier models still have their place in my accumulation and get their turns in pocket and use.

I have been accumulating Hinderers for a few years now. I have 10 or so at the moment. there is a question that has been nagging that I have not gotten a solid answer to over this time. I use most of my Hinderers fairly "toughly" not afraid to cut anything and some prying, but not crazy prying. If I were to break a tip or snap a blade or get a chip that would take too much metal removal to repair, will Hinderer reblade the knife for me? I would absolutely pay for this service. I have asked this question on the various facebook groups and have gotten answers both ways: sure they will reblade and not a chance.

I can pay to have Chris Reeves Knives reblade if i break one. will RHK do the same?

thanks in advance

Anybody here use fat Skiff PB washers to replace tri-way bearings in an XM, Eklipse or Half/Fulltrack ? If yes, what are the exact washers you bought, please ?

Thanks !
