Sooo I just took the plunge on this bad boy...
Anyone able to tell me about the bead blast finish--anything special I need to do to prevent rust (mineral oil)? I normally shy away from anything but the stonewash blades (or satin) because I don't want to fuss with it (also why I don't have any working finish, though I do like them). I've been wanting a tanto, and a Firetac, and missed out on the last batch that scratched both itches (it's okay I told myself, you wanted a full ti one anyways...), and then this one popped up and it's just badass looking, so I decided to say screw my stonewash-only "rule".
