Here's a CS MH in San Mai I rebuilt for a BF member a couple years ago... blade and sheath are stock, I just made him a stainless guard and G10 handle.

I can’t for the life of me, find someone who does handles like that, and not just scales. I have a few I want done-one being my San Mai Trailmaster

How do you attach the handle and locate the lanyard hole?

Because sometimes a man needs 5/16" thick O1 tool steel with canvas micarta and hammer pommels.....

Much lighter now and cuts far better.

Nothing too crazy, reground this old Twistmaster to a zero edge and went to give it a quick ferric chloride dip to start a patina...forgot my ferric was contaminated with copper, lol. I'm digging the colors after some chicken and potatoes

I never had any luck trying to make a rope dart / kunai / flying dagger that actually worked right . IIRC I tried using a " Shanghai Shadow " .
