Thanks, Vince When I first started in on collecting knives I was attracted to the Scandi's. They are clean with simple lines sometimes an upgrade on the handle birch or reindeer horn on the butt.

I never knew Case made fixed blades with ( phenolic ? ) handles, what model is it ?

This blade was given to me by my grandpa and is quite old,it’s marked on the non presentation side as (2 Finn).

Thank you for the compliment! Yes there’s always something special about knives with sentimental value to them. I really enjoy carrying knives that were given to me by my grandpa and father. I always find myself thinking about what adventures they may have accompanied them on.
