I was lucky enough to be gifted one recently. It's a fantastic knife. Terava knives are great value.

My Behring Made "Pocket Scagel" arrived, quite a bit earlier than expected. As with the other Behrings I own, it's flawless and another standout example of the level of craftsmanship that James and the crew bring to their work. I couldn't be more pleased with it.
7" overall, with an excellent sheath set up for right front pocket carry, courtesy of Warlander Leather.

That's a beauty!
I was sent this Gerber Patriot to review for a magazine, in the early 90's. The magazine had been going about a decade, but was dropped by the publisher. As a result, I never did anything with the knife. I came across it the other night, and thought I'd give it a wipe down, and put a better edge on it
That looks like the one I thought would be the perfect knife, but it was so expensive, except it had a fancier handle. Nowadays I would think the blade too thick for a cutting knife, but I'd bet that handle would more comfortable and less confining.I was sent this Gerber Patriot to review for a magazine, in the early 90's.
