I've been wondering where I'd put the Solingen Olsen (not its original handle), but I'd totally forgotten the Chinese Winchesters. ("14030 stainless" steel.)
I'll revisit the jigging on that Olsen with more boldness.

I mentioned Grohmann's Boat Knife a while back, and as a result danno50 very generously offered to send me one I was concerned about the cost of postage and general inconvenience, but he kindly sent it anyway, so I was surprised to get a knock on my door from my postman on Friday night - Poor feller was still at at 7pm - with a lovely Canadian gift package from Dan As well as the knife, which came with a great edge, Dan included a range of local souvenirs I really like He lives in a lovely part of the world Thanks Dan

Is the “s” in the circle mean it’s a second or stainless? Very cool.
