Let's see your good old basic fixed blades, Bowie's, Stickers, etc.

But this is a knife forum, and the focus needs to be on knives.

Then focus on these two...

Save the pistolas for the other subs...

;)

Sorry, pics are gone, as are the knives...

Yeah, buddy! Beautiful bark sheep horn. Here's a deep belly skinner from Hen & Rooster.

Whoa - "deep belly" would be putting it midly! It's practically an Ulu! :D

And that is some gorgeous horn on that H&R. I really am in love with it as a handle material. Here is another:

Another nice sheep horn from H&R, this on a drop point hunter. This series was made in Toledo, Spain with German stainless, about 440B equivalent,
and they all had very nice leather sheaths. The newer ones don't have the same quality of horn as these from 7-8 years ago.

I am a huge fan of Blackjack Knives, both the old Effingham models and the newer ones from BRKT. I usually stick to the big models like the 1-7 or the Halos, but this one is a fully usable Bowie in fully miniscule proportions. That's my regular Case trapper for scale. Works as a vest pocket bowie, boot knife, pocket fixed blade...whatever one can dream up ;)

Sonnemann.....That little BlackJack is awesome....I didnt know they made em that small?...Ive only got one BJ and its an Effingham #7 and its a superb knife....Anyhooo, i spent a couple hours getting this one real sharp.....FES

"Come and Take It" ....I don't think so!!! Fabulous, FES!! Fantastic work on the shield and that barbed wire is soooo wicked.

I just finished up putting some nice grained walnut on a 440C sharpfinger blank I bought a few years back. Still the best small game fixed blade I've ever used, and these smooth walnut handles feel great on this one.
