Yes, it appears to be a Queen made Robeson.
No, made by Camillus in the 1960s.

Oh, after they closed the Perry plant in 1965. I knew it wasn't an original Robeson.

I received this a few years ago on GAW. Schrade Cutlery made an authentic reproduction for the 75th BSA Anniversary. Originally made by New York Knife Co. it includes their tang stamp.
