Lets talk GEC!

I’m the one sitting on the back about to fall out.

In the spirit of Sunday Stockman, I’d really like to see GEC make a 3 5/8”-3 3/4” equal end serpentine pattern with square bolsters. Something that fills the void between the 66 and 81/82’s.
It’d be a convenient frame for a Texas jack too :)
I think pattern number 67 is open! Slightly bigger than the 66, mirroring the 81/82.

3¾ inch sowbelly? Would that work? That is what I have been lobbying for.

I would really like to see a sowbelly too! But I also want a smaller square bolster and it would be a good opportunity to fill the size gap between the others.

I have been waiting for a gec sowbelly. Wondering if they will ever make one. I’d prefer a 3&7/8” myself. But now I am splitting hairs...
Yes, that would be great!

I have a Case CV mini trapper in a shopping cart, so as soon as I order it GEC will be announcing the new mini trapper pattern, I will probably wait until early March and expect an April arrival of the new GEC mini trapper.

That would be great to see a GEC mini trapper. Aw, go ahead and order that Case anyway, you can never have too many mini trappers! ;)

Just a quick pause for one of our members that were truly excitable and loved the hobby. Kenny Hill (onearmbladenut) has passed.

I don't want to say anything that is not completely accurate and only heard second-hand. But thought a moment for those that are believers to request calm and solace for his family would be appreciated.

Very sad to hear, will be praying for his family.
