That would be my guess as well. Probably white paint on the liner side.I like both of them a lot. The black and white acrylic is nice, guess this would the grits with butter and molasses acrylic, without the brass showing through.

My top pick would be antique yellow. Next, maybe spring green like on the urban jacks or copperhead.I think I will wait until the Rendezvous is over with, so no-one will miss the Poll on color!!
But here are some sample choices, open to suggestions: comments please!!
- Black Cherry (not likely to be pink!! Eew!!)
- undyed (white)
- ivory bone
- Dark Green (mentioned often - hides verdigris)
- Brown (??)
- Red
- blue
- purple
- copperhead
- other??
this is my mantra when i attend concertsI will just carve faces on the lawn.
For me , the great things about going to the Rendezvous were , meeting some great people , putting faces to some of the people on the Forums , getting to see some of other folks collections , some chances to pick up some knives that will be fairly rare , and a chance to fill in some of the Gaps in my meager collection of Northfields .I don't imagine that going to the Rendezvous is all about picking up rare knives, at least not for all.
As long as you are fortunate enough to go, talk to fellow Porch members, and enjoy the experience... that's what's most important.
Bill did say he was keeping back knives for Saturday. Seems like he did about 60/40% Friday/Saturday for the 38 Whittier’s. I assume they did something similar for the other SFAs and Store knives.Jiki
I bet one other thing you did is pray that Bill Howard held back some knives to sell tomorrow!
Does anyone know if they usually put out fresh knives on Saturday morning at the Rendezvous or is our hero SOL?
There might be a couple flippers there who could offer their assistance.!
At least you should be able to get a hotdog tomorrow as long as you don't sleep in.
That pic is creepin' me out.
