edit- I called GEC and they are not giving out info as to what 2AB means. I was told it will make sense once we see the knife. Whatever that means haha.

they will be made available to all members in good standing, who pre-order them. There are eligibility requirements, posted at the beginning of this 3 or 4 part thread on the knife selection.

Orders have not been taken yet. There will be a thread started when that process is ready to begin. Watch for it as a "sticky" at the top of this forum.
