Nothing wrong with the #15, but I can easily think of a dozen other patterns I'd love to see GEC offer (or re-issue),

something with a corkscrew may be nice. More like a German look camp knife, with stag and tools on both sides.

But it never did it for me, too skimpy and not well proportioned for my taste. The CASE/Bose version is much better but could still do with a bigger Master blade....whereas the GEC Eureka is a superior interpretation of the pattern over the Collaboration counterpart, plus it came first-GEC reviving an obscure pattern.

A new run of the 3 3/4'' #62 COURT HOUSE WHITTLER?

Or a new GEC Pattern similar to the #62: e.g. #67 with fancy slanted Bolsters and a little hump (so that there is enough space for a clip main blade)?

Imagine if GEC had a constructor feature on their website, like Buck (I think?..), for everyone to order their own variation. Yeah, I know, they'd probably ended up making loads of 15s.

We dont need anymore barlows or caplifters. Now that stockman idea with a punch could be cool. Wouldn’t be on the 81 since they just ran that however.

glennbad did the comb delete, and rather than let it (and the spring) go to waste, I asked if he had any tortoise shell acrylic that he could use to put together a little folding comb.
