If we concentrate our collective focus on the city of Titusville maybe, just maybe, we'll get the PURPLE jigged bone that so many have been so patiently waiting for.Excited to see how that one looks on the finished product… wish they would have said what jigged bone color it is as well lol![]()

We'll use these steak knives for the first time tonight!!
Thanks for the warning!! Maybe I'll keep a strop handy!!I have the same ones. But need to warn you that they dull as soon as you cut with them on ceramic plates.
I've relegated mine for use as paring/utility knives.
I suppose that is a joke, because that's a byword already. Of course ceramic plates dull knives, you just either don't cut all the way through or use wooden board or something similar.they dull as soon as you cut with them on ceramic plates
If you cut at a 20 degree or smaller angle, would you be sharpening the knife as you use it?I suppose that is a joke, because that's a byword already. Of course ceramic plates dull knives, you just either don't cut all the way through or use wooden board or something similar.
Who in the world would cut food on a plate at 20 degree? That's can't be serious. I just don't touch the plate by not cutting the last 1 mm or less.If you cut at a 20 degree or smaller angle, would you be sharpening the knife as you use it?

Only half serious. It's not how one usually uses a knife, but I'd like to see what happens. I'm not chopping my food, I'm slicing it.Who in the world would cut food on a plate at 20 degree? That's can't be serious. I just don't touch the plate by not cutting the last 1 mm or less.
Do you prefer your steak with a micro-bevel?I prefer 22.5° myself![]()
Life is too short for normalcy.Talk about animals, all of you lot are. I use a pocket knife like normal people.
