I am a big fan of red sawcut and I was really hoping to see a SFO from Mike when the 77s were announced.

I was not disappointed. Though it will be awfully hard to beat the Clip/Coping combo from 2018, it will still be a worthy addition.

I'm wondering now if they will be all steel (my preference) or if they will be nickel silver/brass, or all nickel silver.

same, i didnt even know until i saw the mention in the groups and Jakeywax31 sent an ole heads up. then and again, im not paying much attention these days

I’m not a fan of both nail nicks on the same side. On the recent 78 run this was the case and I had a time opening main blade with nick on the same side as the pen.

But hot dam, those 77’s in ebony look so sweet. And I did manage to reserve a CK in blood red sawcut bone. If the 77 CK Barlow is in Northfield trim the main may have the long pull which potentially could make it easier.

I’m not trying to nit pick, but my 78 main blade was assembled like a bear trap!

Hopefully similar to those few TC barlows Esnyx checkered a while back?? Has to be CNCd though???

Many of us agree that fitting a shield to Stag messes up nice Stag!!
After a raft of complaints, Bill stopped doing it for the most part!!

I for one still lament the loss of shielded stag. A properly inlet shield is a thing of beauty.
