Let's talk Northwoods

Anyone know who made these?
The Northwoods Knives brand is synonymous with high-quality, rock-solid, American-made knives. Dave Shirley founded Northwoods over 30 years ago, focusing on recreating designs and patterns that have been favored for generations. And when KnivesShipFree bought the company from Dave, we promised to continue building top-shelf knives -- beautiful tools meant to be used.

We've teamed with respected makers to produce our Northwoods knives. They're striking to the eye, they feel good in the hand and they're not afraid of work. We've brought innovation to kitchen knives, as well as traditional folding knives, making a Northwoods affordable without sacrificing the beauty and quality that make a classic knife.

And here I didn’t have anything planned for Wednesday. Stare at the clock all day and make sure I’m looking for the correct time zone, check

73 or 83 frame would be interesting. 23 is just a lil too big for my tastes.
I'm sure they'll still sale out plenty fast.

I'm really happy to see that Northwoods is still alive and kicking and even happier that GEC was willing to make them some knives.

I like it and it's been a spell since I've gotten my blood racing trying to score a knife, I am going to give it a go. The 23s are premium examples of GEC's craftmanship and I'd be thrilled to get one in that is single blade, doesn't have a tricky liner lock, and is in all steel construction.

Love Northwoods but this is not my favorite. I’ll still try for an ironwood but if the spring is a bear trap it’ll go on the sales forum.
