I called RHC two weeks ago and they had received my micarta pinch and were waiting for the stag boys knife before they were going to ship . I told Josh that was fine . Of course my OCD took over last Friday , I called and talked to Robin, told her to go ahead and ship. Don't forget the shipping will be recharged. (6 bucks ) for the rest. It worth a call if your waiting . As Glenn said the stag will be the last to arrive .
I received the pinch yesterday. F&F is perfect, its sharp, no complaints.
They have a 800 number so if your waiting give them a call !

I'll take some pics when I get home latter.
 
Couple of more things, they sent a 20% off coupon on my next order (takes the sting out of the shipping ) and they are having a show this weekend so they might be busy (only Robin doing the shipping )

I called and was not able to get any information. I wouldn't bother calling.
 
Part of your contract with them is delayed delivery. In the knife world, delivery in September isn't overdue until November :) Take a deep breath and be calm. Your knives will come.
 
cocobolo and stag for me, with a possible mod to happen on the stag so I can theoretically have an "Eric's jack" with modern steel
 
Who did you talk to ? Do you have any on order?
I spoke to Robin . I have a Cocobolo on order. She didn't ask me which covers I had ordered, she just said they had no information on any knives that had not already been delivered.
 
RHC is having a big knife show this weekend but otherwise have been very responsive to questions (I found that FB msg gets the quickest response actually). Super nice folks. I understood these could take a while to deliver when I paid for them.

They could send out email updates to us that have purchased knives. The knives are now officially past due. I called and the person I spoke with was neither helpful or nice.

I agree at least some kind of heads up would be nice. A progress photo...a status or something. That is unfortunate they were not helpful on the phone that's not at all what I have experienced. I am surprised by that.

I understand they are getting alot of phone calls. That is probably frustrating. They wouldn't be getting as many phone calls, if they communicated updates by email.

I was also told they don't have information to provide, which I now understand is not the case.
 
To put it in perspective, I paid for my 2018 forum knife the day before I paid for my new CSCs, and the forum knife isn't supposed to start shipping until late next month.

I'll give it another two or three weeks before I get concerned.
