does that lip of titanium dig into the hand?

No not at all. The ram sticks out more then the bolster lip. Everything is nice and rounded, smooth. Nothing jabs or sticks. One of the transition corners is a teeeny bit proud from cover to bolster but that is really hunting for something wrong. Great build quality on these =)

I was the same way with the carbon fiber. Tried to convince myself that I didn't really want a Lion Steel Barlow. Then came the pics and comments and out came the wallet.

I'm glad I decide to order one. I would have regretted missing out.

I'm glad I decided on the rams horn. From the pics here, I see a lot of variation, but I haven't seen a single one that doesn't look good.

I think the dark ones are the best, but definitely true.

After seeing pics of the Ram Horn, I had to place an order for one to keep my carbon fiber company. Hopefully I'll get one with dark textured covers by I'll be happy with whatever shows up in the mailbox.

I will admit the Ramshorn pics are showing what it is capable of but still glad I went with stag I just hope that what I end up with doesn't disappoint which I don't expect it will.

Well, if I was in your shoes I'd certainly have the pick of the litter in all the models too. I haven't seen one I don't like yet, so that must have been a hard decision.
