If I was picking a BOTM for speculation it would not have been this one.
No 117 with a standard birch wood handle is worth that kind of money regardless of steel.
A build quantity of 500 doesn't exactly make it rare either.

I saw that one. They copy/pasted the picture/text right from the email Buck sent using that as the sole picture for the auction.

They can ask whatever price they want. I guess they are thinking...'wait until someone comes along and wants it bad enough to pay that price.' I'm thinking it's ridiculous.
