MBwirenut Doesnt Deliver

Could someone who knows it please post this guy's true name and address information so as to minimize the likelihood that one of us who doesn't know him will get the shaft as well?
 
Well i have to tell everyone a package arrived over the weekend no insurance or tracking on the package just signature confirmation and the fluggin box is empty,mailed 5/29/2007 with the a name Bulson as the shipper!!!
 
I just checked my email and Paypal has decided the case in my favour but were unable to recover the funds at this time. I assume that means i am screwed.

yup. my deal with bussefan took a similar route. paypal decided in my favor and recovered 450 of 650. i had to eat 200.00.

Let MBWirenut know that you will be happy to contact Paypal and tell them that everything has been settled just as soon as you receive a full refund.

This proves he is a lowlife thief. He shipped that empty box so that he would be able to show that he sent you something. It won't do him any good unless he can prove that he put something in that box. What a scumbag.

So much for the "safety" of using Paypal, huh? Love how they tell you how secure your payment is.

Always use a CC in Paypal. Leave barely anything in that bank account. Dispute with your CC company. Paypal can't do anything b/c htey will lose the CC dispute and can't collect on your personal acct.

Esp. when dealing with large sums we spend on Busse blades. I'd worry less with a $50 Spyderco. Heck, I'm considering a 10th Ani Argonne. ONLY dealing with someone I trust on that one. Wow!

I really hope nothing serious happened to him but this looks really bad.

Question (1): Was the package you received from him a box or soft package?

Question (2): Did the package have a rip, tear or hole in it, or was it intact?

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems Paul. I wonder how much it costs to mail an empty box? Why would you bother?:rolleyes: :thumbdn:
 
mbwirenut just contacted me and said he was in south america,"did i reicieve the package is everything ok,was there tape on box or was there holes in the box"????. I responded and said that there was no tape on the box and it appeared that the box had been opened on one end and then resealed. I am sure he was supposed to insure and have tracking on the knife but there was none. I just do not understand why someone would 5 weeks to ship you something and have Zero communication with. then claim to have been out of the country but yet people on here have seen him here,still no response to this thread just doesnt add up to me.
 
It doesn't sound right to me. Whatever his excuse, he owes you... He can fix it immediately by going to paypal and issuing you a refund. In the time it took to post this, he could have fixed it. Until he makes it right it's all just excuses.
