MBwirenut Doesnt Deliver

Many people have had good experiences with him. Too bad the same can't be said for Paul. Hopefully you can somehow convince MBWirenut to get this worked out, because at the rate he is going his reputation won't be worth a pile of cow manure.
 
Yupper,, hell it's just a couple of HOG's breaths away from JULY, 2007 now.. Whats the word here.??? Do you think the old electrician has had enough time to solve this problem of his. Or does he need another 3 months to, "figure it out" as he put it.???? Or is he still confused ?????
 
imho it only takes one "oh shit" to cancel out 100 "atta boys" - in other words ya are only as good as your last deal.

same thing as in the military.

I had two trouble-free knife deals with Mark, just before his family problems.

Both were FTF deals here in Texas.

Shortly after this, there seems to have been a progressive gap in others experiences with him. I am sorry to hear and see that.

I gave DOL the phone number I had for Mark in the hopes things would be worked out. To my understanding, this was the number DOL had, and Mark did not answer.

I wish I could be of further help.

If you do a search in GB&U you will find that there were three good deals he was involved in that were posted about. I know of a couple of others that went well.

I have had at least 2 deals with Mark and ALL went perfect!

There are at least 10 other people who have threads stating great deals and 1 thread talks about how it took 11 days to get a knife...not positive, but not negative.

I would say you missed it....jumping in the lynch mob before you even looked the guys history up.

I feel bad for Paul that this went down this way, I have dealt with both of them and have nothing but good things to say about them both.

I really do hope Mark gets this together and pays Paul and handles the missing knives on his own time.

mbwirenut is on my good list. i had a very smooth transaction with him.

im not excusing his behavior here, but i agree with jason, had you read the whole thread you may not have made your post.

Yep, it doesn't matter how many good deals you have had. If you treat someone the way Mark Bulson (I assume that is MBWirenuts real name) has treat Paul, you would deserve every one of the negative comments that MBWirenut has had thrown at him. Over two months and Paul has nothing to show for his $230.00. There is no excuse for that.

Like I said before, I support Paul on this, he deserves his money back and Mark needs to get this straight on his own time.

Mark does deserve the heat he is getting till he pays Paul. But to act like he has been a shitbag the entire time he has been here is uncalled for.

thats absolutely correct, we are talking about this latest deal not stuff in the past, if ya take someones bucks and dont ship for 6-8 weeks you have imho proven without a doubt that ya are not to be trusted irregardless of good deals in the past, unless of course ya are at deaths door in the hospital or something and even then ya should try and contact the person and let them know WTF.

deals in the past. good or bad, dont really have anything to do with THIS deal which obviously is NOT going well.

imho if ya ahve someones money and dont ship for weeks on end thats not right, andf its not what an honest person would do, doesnt take much sense to understand that, hell anyone would be pissed after sending money to someone and not getting there stuff, thats just plain wrong, i dont see how anyone would fail to understand this, "mark" needs to send the guy his stuff & send it ASAP not in "his own time", he needs to do it now.

#1: My post inquiring about, 'did I miss it'? was directed for Keith Montgomery only, and not you, or anyone else. And now when challenged, you are clearly waffling every which way about what is what on this deal. Your sarcastic language here calling me Orange Juice coupled with the "jerk it" emotion figure demonstrates to me your true maturity level as portrayed as an Internet tuff guy.

#2: I never claimed he is a "sh%tbag" on any knife deal, that are your words not mine, however, now that you bring it up, he has had some other problem deals in the past as evidenced here in this thread with other members.

unless someone asks, which they did. several people have had good deals with mbw, and said so.

no one has condoned his behavior with regard to dol.

past behavior is relevant because it implies he was an upstanding member prior to this deal. whatever has happened since is also relevant.

if there were a pattern of negative behavior prior to this, that would also be relevant.

looking at only one incident gives a narrow view of the parties involved.
