Can he leave feedback if there's no transaction? I was under the impression he couldn't.
 
See what happens when you show up to party fashionably late. There was a transaction. He got his knife, I got mine. Both parties agreed that the trade knives met the described condition. So to answer your question, YES " he can leave feedback". FOR THE RECORD, I did'nt say that I was going to leave NEGATIVE feedback. Post that Email?? The one that said hey, you got your knife I got mine how would you like to handle feedback? Where is the threat? The real issue with this transaction was the LIE before either one of us got our knives. Remember, I asked.....Hey SnowCrash, that knife that you posted for trade ... is that the same one that I am shipping to you ( ZT 0551 Elmax ). SnowCrash's response was no ...... it was a TYPO. Said he meant to type ZT0550, you know the one with the S30V steel. I asked, S30V? they are S35V on that particular model. SnowCrash said ehh it's all the same to me. I wasnt done typing the second email, he closed the thread. Lie after lie. So I asked to cancel the deal because the constant lies. This is EXACTLY how this went. The argueing came well after he said he would'nt cancel the deal and that he just made a mistake. I said it before and I will say it again LYING is not a mistake.

My reaction well after the fact was a mistake. The name calling was stupid on my part. I admitted it, and apologized in public. So.....since this thread is to serve as record of this FIASCO, my side shall be known here " For The Record ". Anyone who would like to see the ORIGINAL emails between SnowCrash and myself reagrding the lies, I will gladly send them to you for your viewing pleasure just ask. I have only had 2 issues on this forum and coincidently it was with Four_shore in December of 2011 and this disaster with SnowCrash. I dont make waves typically as these were bad situations and both were in regard to trade concerns. As you can see, both of the above mentioned parties were very involved in this thread. I have had many trades on this forum with fantastic results and EXCELLENT feedback. If need be I can furnish to those concerned the names of the other forums I frequent and you will see that I dont make waves. I try to be part of the solution not part of the problem. I know it got lost in this thread and I allowed that, but I am a person with pride and integrity and will bend over backwards to do the right thing at every turn. Aside from the pissing contest I got into on this thread which was un-called for on my part, I guess my second biggest mistake was expecting that everyone I deal with here has an equally high degree of trading / selling integrity. I will no longer respond in this thread and if further clarification is needed please feel free to shoot me an email and I will answer truthfully. Thank you, John

for the record your problem with me was due to your own mistakes not mine. it seems you have a habit of playing mod on the forums and people get tired of it. its not your job to try to correct everybody. secondly, you're not a polite person. name calling, nasty personal emails etc, are not the proper way to handle things in a respectable fashion. you burned yourself here yet again and don't think it goes unnoticed.

again, your problem with me was your problem, not mine. after all, you were issued the warning for trying to destroy my sales thread.

people know my name on here bud, you're a nobody.

my guess is you're a 15 year old kid with anger issues living in your mothers basement throwing tantrums on BF's.

just try to learn from these mistakes. humility goes a long way haha.

This is ridiculous. If anyone hasn't satisfied themselves by now as to what happened here, they're too dumb to play with sharp objects. Enjoy your opinions.

The forums need to know if the parties directly involved are satisfied with the business deal they agreed to. Evidently, they are. End of story. Everyone else can find another place to fling mud. This thread is closed.
