I saw a single blade version of this unusual Sheffield-made knife, posted here, some years back. It was unlike any other Sheffield knife I'd seen before, and I found it interesting, but there was no maker's name on the tang. A few years later, I spotted this one, on a local market stall, and was pleased to see there was a tang stamp, albeit a quite enigmatic one - 'Rodeo', over 'Sheffield', over 'England'. The mark meant nothing to me, and despite my interest in the knife, I can't blame the manufacturer for not wanting to put their full name to these knives. While they're cheap, and ugly, the blade steel seems OK, and it functions soundly. There were certainly worse Sheffield knives made in the 60's and 70's. The checkered handles are cast aluminium, which wrap around the enclosed spring. First time I've carried it today :thumbsup:
