Like I have stated before I am not doing any thing to hold up the refund of the money. I thought at 1st the dispute would freeze my account but it did not again this is the 1st dispute I have ever had. I will contact paypal again to see if there is anything I can do to help this along

Maybe you should tell them, you owe the money and to go ahead and refund it and stop letting paypal decide, or however it was you put it. Because it seems an awful lot to people here like you just might be fighting it. (us eBayer's know what holds up these things is both parties disagreeing)

Paypal just confirmed for me that steve should have the funds in his account. Thank god this is over.

Seller and I have settled this. A full refund has been given to me from seller.
I thank all for your help, concerns and opinions.
Seller has sent me an apology and I have excepted.
I concider this thread closed.
I am happy with seller and Paypal.
Everyone is entitled to a second chance to prove themself.
