Got you all set bud. Sorry it took a while! But I am reminded through this project why I do not typically do scale work lol. That alone took 2 hrs or so! I don't think I have EVER seen a knife that needed a regrind so bad... when I checked it was about .100" thick at the shoulders of the edge... and that was at 30 dps or so! I reground it and set the edge at 15 dps leaving the tip a little thicker for prying strength. Here are some before and afters for others to see the difference.

Josh, just wanted to say thanks again. That AFCK cuts like a demon and has hardly left my pocket since I got it back from you... I haven't even really had a chance to try out the 0808, haha.

Busse Combat... NOW it will actually CUT! =) I was able to take the edge pretty thin due to the stock thickness and grind height - it is still stable for hard use.
Here's a Swamp Rat Ratweiler that I gave a full height convex grind, convex edge, w/ micro bevel at 22 dps

Here's what I did in the most recent batch! Been crazy busy and worked straight through the weekend lol
ZT 0562 - reground, reprofiled edge to 15 dps, mirrored edge, cerakoted in an "urban multi cam" pattern
Microtech Socom Delta - reground and cerakoted in a Sniper Grey and Bright White theme... also cut a slot in the pivot screw
Hinderer XM-18 regrind to 15 dps, basic 60 grit belt finish
Les George Talos in Armor Black and Magpul FDE
Emerson CQC-7 - everything blacked out w/ Armor Black except for the etched/stonewashed blade which was reground prior to the etch.
