Falcor
You bought a knife under one name and then you used another name to communicate with us on #33 and 80# and you post here under another name. We told you that the knife is being prepared for mid December delivery.
It is a hand assembled, limited run work of art that is ordered by you, manufactured by Gianni at Lion Steel and then numbered and approved by me.
You sound unhappy. I don't want unhappy customers. I am refunding your money and the knives will be put up for sale on the DPxGear.com site.
I will not move from that point. There may be delays in hand made products but everyone (including myself) is eagerly awaiting this knife for Christmas delivery. You seem to miss that point. That I am a customer as well but I won't cut corners because as a customer I want the best knife that can be made.
I want to make a point to the fans and customers of DPx Gear. No one is forced to purchase, own or use our products and most importantly we are very responsive to your needs, ideas and wishes. When people don't play straight with us. They are out. Period. There are more than 250 people who want these numbered knives they way there were designed and without compromise.
As those you have been following the development and production of the knife we have been extremely engaged with the design, production and customer side of the process.
DPx Gear will not rush these knives out to make a buck
DPx Gear will guarantee and support our customers exactly the way they want to be supported in the area of quality, experience and satisfaction
DPx Gear will constantly gather together like-minded customers to seek their input in improving and perfecting our products. We seek out the best customers to create the best products.
DPx Gear will do business in an environment of trust, honesty and respect.
So Stephan, Falcor or Benedict or whoever. You have been voted off the DPx Gear island.
Your money will be refunded in full and the inventory available for sale on DPxGear.com
