Dex, I'll take a Red set and then see if I can dye it a nice dark ORANGE.
Dex, how much are you planning on selling the single sets for?
Done!
I am thinking around $12 a set would be a fair price.
Also might have an option to exchange the black ones for a color set when someone buys a new knife for $4 or $5 dollars more?
The Blue is still my Fav.
And I'm not a big pink fan but I have started to experiment with my Parkerizing and I can do Black Parks or Grey Parks and was thinking that the pink would look great with the grey Blade.
Also, these scales may go good with a paired up color a Kydex Sheath for those who are into the loud colors.
Oh yes. :thumbup:The Blue is still my Fav.
Well Guys. They are here.
Kinda weird seeing these in person. haha.
They do seem to have just a little bit more grip than the black scales.
Anyway, gonna put these on some knives tomorrow and take some real world pics. I think they will look different once on the actual knife and will be interesting to see how they look on a stripped Becker.
Anyone looking for a single set, just shoot me an email. I have a few not spoken for.
We need someone like Vik to be swinging an RBK with pink handles to break the stereotype.
I second the motion.
Well, I'm over the initial Easter-colors shock. Now I'm thinking I have to have an all-pink BK-9.

It's on.
Hmmmm.
I'm settling down after my initial reaction and was thinking about Ethan's post. The colors like od green & coyote are functionally good when your knife shouldn't be seen. Practically, that most likely means not being seen by other people. Aesthetics notwithstanding, unless you are military or someone on the run, that shouldn't be a requirement for someone being in the outdoors, eh? Blue tarp isn't a natural color and I've seen fall conditions where even blaze orange (or red) can be hard to spot. Something to think about, anyway.
We should be thankful kabar is thinking about us and especially that they chose to make them in the USA, IMHO.
I do wish I could buy them individually.
So, who's got the guts to put the pink one on their new kukri?
