You have to be really smart to post selfies of yourself with a stolen knife while knowing that some of your followers are siblings or family of person you stole from.

And yeah, I'm not gonna lie - this suddenly became entertaining LOL

S Smiling Lol, I bet her reaction will be something like this.:) Let us know when you get your knife back.

Update:

She took that story down immediately, she apologized and then went with the story how she was about to return it anyways, she just wanted to take some pics... she also claims she will make up for it and so on...

And the classic "Please don't tell my mom and dad" part.

I told her I don't care about her parents and to just return it to my house today or tommorrow.
She refused, she wants to come to my work instead, as it's not suspicious to her parents.

This is incredibly frustrating situation. I told her "Please do not come to my work!"
Her response was: "Don't worry, I'll come at the end of your shift and I'll get us something for eat as an apology"

I think I will try to contact her parents somehow.
It's true it'll be my last day at work, but I don't want my coworkers to remember me as the guy who had crazy teenage girl waiting for him with food and a knife...

Edit:
I asked my sister to go to their house and pick up the knife for me but she said "No, it's your knife, teach her a lesson"...

I don't want to meet this girl and I don't want to talk with her parents either. I wish she just sent me this thing via delivery...

Edit #2:
My coworker has lots of sympathy for her so she will stay with me when this girl brings me the knife back.

So I'm getting my knife back tommorrow.

Someone smoking a little too much? That's burn out right there. But in all seriousness I hope it shows up and it's back in your possession stat. Could someone have taken it outside for something? You have lights and some kind of Christmas decorations partying outside in full effect?

I just peeped your last post. Glad ya found found it

If someone told me this would happen I wouldn't believe them.

I just hope this can't get any more ridiculous or crazy than it already is, right now I feel like I'm in a rabbit hole.

I'd be feeling the same. :) It's too bad it happened but you learned how crazy and potentially more troublesome she is . I don't doubt she panicked when she thought about how much trouble you can cause her if you want to. It's no wonder she wants to see you personally. It's desperation. She is hoping to convince you not to do anything like calling the police. IMO you should tell the family for their sake. I doubt this was/is her first bit of mischief.

Well, I barely know her family, and this knife is not valuable enough for police to do something about it. It is actually well under minimum required value.
And at the end I'd rather let her keep it than call police. I couldn't sleep peacefully if I called police on a teenager over this.

But she doesn't know that and I kinda understand that she wants to settle this with me in person to be fully at peace.
At the other hand I just want to avoid all the drama. I heard about this girl making lots of trouble for her parents, but that's none of my business. I don't want to have any kind of connection with her.

My coworker tells me she was the same as a teen and to give her a chance and just go with that idea of hers to make her feel easier. She will even stay at work longer to be with me when she comes here... She also told me not to be a child and to stop running away from someone who just wants to apologize.

I don't really like the idea of smoothing things out for someone who stole my knife on Christmas at about the same time I got laid off from work while also being a student...
But at the other hand she's not fully grown up person and she didn't know about my situation either.
She was also completely shocked to see how much this knife costs. She thought it's around 15€ max..

I'm happy you are getting the knife back.. However, unless this event is either uncomfortable or painful enough for this ding-a-ling to change this type of behavior In the future, I bet somewhere down the road she gets sticky fingers with someone else's stuff who isn't as gracious as you!!!!
