Natrix Copper

Mine showed up early. It's tiny and super cute. Flips great. First impression, I love it. I snapped a quick cell phone shot of it, but I'll have to shoot it next to something for a sense of scale--it's tiny. It's about the same size as my Busker, a smidge longer and a smidge narrower, but with the copper it's heavier of course.

What state are you in, and where did you order it from?

Does anyone know how the liners are on the g10 natrix? I am particularly curious about the one that isn’t assisted. Do they only have minimal liners by the pivot and where the lockbar screws onto the body?

If the knife was essentially all g10 except the lockbar I think that would be an amazing light knife.

Bareknuckle copper, I don't care about the weight and I would pay 100+ for it. The bareknuckle looks to be about perfect size and shape for me and American made!

The clip is blue like the hardware on that one as well. I like the Southard and enjoy its many clothing options very much. Here are a few (I have many more):

I don't have a copper Southard scale set though . . . . hmm. I do have a timascus Southard in the works, though.

I gotta be honest, and I don't say this much. I hate you! Lol. I can't find a southard for under 250 and only on Amazon. The southard is just about perfect. I discovered it too late in the game, so it has been religated to a grail knife. I keep hoping that spyderco will do a limited special edition run of them or preferably put them back on the market. Awesome collection.
 
The pics with the knife by itself makes it look bigger than it is.
 
The small size of the mini-copper makes it appealing to me. Maybe it’s worth a thought. Thanks evilgreg evilgreg for the pics.

Woe! I was trying to wrap my head around the first couple comparison shots, looking for that knife that I know well in hand from the bunch. Then the 0770 (which I do have on hand here) like you said, is already smallish, and it simply eclipses the copper. Just goes to show how images are conceived in the mind. Out of all the knives I have, and all the specs I've studied, the mind can twist reality.

I've got an original Natrix. Then the XL was shown and released. I've known the copper was smaller, but had very different images in mind.

Yeah, I do but they get snatched up quick and it never fails I'm low on funds when they pop up. I'm in no hurry. I bought a Massdrop perpetua recently and the copper natrix so my wife is side eyeing my knife purchased lol.
 
Hahahaha that thing is absurdly small. I thought the 0770 was too small when it came out... this thing is just too cute. Pass. The Bareknuckle seems like the better choice for me here.
