Not sure if you were going to get something additional to present the knife. In one of the pics below, Arno Bernard also makes, sells nice cases to possibly keep the knife in after the recipient gets the knife.

Not all super easy to get but ... Lamia, Rosie, Machinewise Sonora, Arius, VECP, Shamwari, Holt Morpheus/Specter, Rob Johnson Cedar/Cypress and the Shirogorov Neon Zero or HatiOn are a great EDC size with snappy action and feel high quality:
